Return, exchange and refund policy

UUonlineshop promises that, from the date when the item is delivered, customer can make the return&refund within 7 days, exchange within 15 days and 12 Months Repair. Customers are able to submit your request online to return&refund or exchange. Followings are the details:

Note:

1.Application for returns or exchanges will be validated from the day when customer sign up or take up the package.

2. Accessories and giveaways are not included in returns or exchanges items.

3. Before the return, the customer must send a message to inform the customer service or contact uuonlineshop online customer service, uuonlineshop will sent to customer specified return address. In addition, write down your order number and track number on the cover of your package; and prepay the postage.

4.Do not send any packages back without confirmation of uuonlineshop customer service. Or Application for any returns or exchanges will be invalidated.

5. Only prepay package will be accepted. Please pay the postage in advance.

6. Without any malfunctions, quality problems or damages during shipping, customers can return the items with no reasons within 7 days after receiving, customers will assume the postage but will charge 10% of product price as handling fee (including shelving, packaging and labor costs)

7. uuonlineshop offers professional identification for after-sale quality problem. If any unauthorized operations cause quality problems like collision, customers must pay the cost of maintenance. improper alteration or installation. Besides, testing lasts 15-25 working days.


8. uuonlineshop will not offer the service for data export. Please export the data in it by yourself before it returned. Otherwise, we will not take the responsibility if there is any data lost or destroyed.

Please note, for refund or exchange, the following conditions will not be accepted.
1. Products that are not sold by uuonlineshop.
2. Goods that expired for warranty time.
3. Defective products by customer misuse (repair, misuse, accidents, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, and torn or altered labels, serial number of the machine, safety label).


12 Months Repair

Generally, the period of warranty is one year, for some products we provide 2 years. There are specific explanations about them in the product detail pages.

①:Damaged product can be sent back to the After-sales Service Center provided by factory from the day when signing up the package or taking up the package within 360 days. Then uuonlineshop will offer a free repairing service. Customer should take responsibilty of the shipping fees, customs and the related materials expenses.

②:Do not send any packages back without confirmation of uuonlineshop customer service. Or Application for any returns or exchanges will be invalidated.

③:Only prepay package will be accepted. Please pay the postage in advance.

④: When your item can not be repaired and stop production, there are two methods that you can choose: select a second-hand phone for replacement; Or you will get a coupon in our shop to buy a new one.

⑤: If any unauthorized operations cause quality problems like collision (Screen chipped, scratched,etc), improper alteration or installation, customers must pay the cost of maintenance. Besides, testing lasts 15-25 working days, How much do you need to pay, please contact customer service and we'll reply to you within three working days (We need to consult the factory). All the costs are charged by the factory, uuonlineshop doesn't charge any fee.
